The Story of Earth Part 2 - Vocabulary

Use the pictures of The Story of Earth Part 2 and the vocabulary activity instructions to create vocabulary cards for The Story of Earth Part 2 vocabulary words.

Remember!
1) Cut your color sheet of paper to make it 17,5 cm wide.
2) Divide the sheet of paper in 4 parts and cut them.

3) The vocabulary words that you are going to use to describe each picture should go on the first flap of the cards.
4) The pictures and the descriptions should go inside.

5) Your descriptions should be written in the simple present!

The Story of Earth Part 2 - Reading Comprehension

Please remember that The Story of Earth reading comprehension activity is due tomorrow, Friday, October 30th 2015.

Instructions:
1) Do the activity on a separate sheet of paper (general writing paper).
2) Write your name and date on the top of the sheet of paper.
3) Write the title "The Story of Earth Part 2".
4) Use what you learned about The Story of Earth Part 2 to write a subtitle (for example: The Beginning of Life").
5) Copy the questions and answer them in the sheet of paper.
6) Find the answers to the questions in the text and underline them with a green color pencil.

Notebooks Review

Please remember that next Monday I will collect your notebooks to review them.

Make sure that your notebooks are:
1. Complete: They contain everything we have done in class so far.
I will check the exercises that we did in class related to the present progressive, the simple present and Science Part 1.
2. Organized: You have drawn the first page of the Language and Science sections; you have make a separation for the Science section; and you have copied the "Date"; "Topic" and "Objective" of each class.
